KATY Aquatics Started Long Course Season In College Station

KATY Aquatics kicked off its long course season with their first meet in College Station on April 20-22, 2012.  The meet was hosted by Texas Aggie Swim Club at the beautiful Texas A&M Aquatics Facility.  KATY swam hard and captured 3rd in the combined team event.  There were over 900 athletes who represented 28 teams at the meet with 106 athletes

Ryan Tannehill: Brains And Brawn Could Mean Big NFL

 

If anyone ever put the student in student-athlete, it's Ryan Tannehill.

The 6-4, 220-pound former Texas A&M quarterback put a huge exclamation point on his stellar career last week by being selected the first-round pick of the Miami Dolphins. He also becomes the highest Texas A&M quarterback pick ever, besting Marion Pugh who was a second-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1941.
